Daily Itinerary

Day 1
Arrival & Hakuba Traversal Start
Arrive in Hakuba village. Pick up your race pack with maps, GPS devices, and emergency communication device. Settle into your mountain lodge. Evening briefing and gear check. Optional short 8 km warm-up run along valley trail.
Day 2
High Alpine Ridge Section
Challenging 24 km ridge run with significant elevation gain. Summit multiple peaks including Hakuba Goryu (2,676m) and Karamatsu (2,296m). Run above the tree line through alpine meadows with 360-degree mountain views. Support checkpoint at midpoint with supplies. Return to lodge with onsen access.
Day 3
Loop Run & Descent
Final 23 km combining technical single-track through beech forest with alpine ridge sections. Descend through scenic gorges with waterfall viewpoints. Pass traditional mountain villages. Return to Hakuba. Celebration dinner and certificate presentation. Depart with memories of alpine excellence.
